Say no to drugs, say yes to life

Under the anti-addiction campaign themed "Say no to drugs, say yes to life," Government Polytechnic College, Shajapur, organized a pledge-taking ceremony and an awareness rally for students on August 22, 2026. During the event, students took a solemn pledge to stay away from intoxicants and spread the message of a drug-free society, followed by a rally where they raised slogans like "Quit drugs, shape your life" to educate the public on the physical, mental, and social harms of addiction. College Principal Dr. Vipul Parmarthi addressed the students, highlighting how substance abuse ruins personal health, futures, families, and society, while urging everyone to remain drug-free and encourage others to do the same. The successful execution of the event was supported by NSS Incharge Suresh Pagariya, coordinators Afaque Ahmad Qureshi and Darpan Choudhary, Anti-Ragging Committee Incharge Dr. Ritesh Sharma, alongside other college officers and staff.
